During the pandemic, Kaunas-based online gaming company Evolution faced the challenge of attracting new employees - game presenters and card shufflers - while also boosting brand awareness as an employer.
Solution
We developed an employer branding strategy and creative campaign built on one insight: young people often settle for ordinary jobs in shops or cafés, but at Evolution they get to be in the spotlight. The campaign featured real employees as its faces, showing that working here means putting “all the lights on you.”
