With KN Energies we set out to strengthen employer branding by showing the company’s role in shaping Lithuania’s energy independence. The challenge: to highlight that every employee, regardless of profession, contributes to a freer and more sustainable future.

Solution

We created the campaign “Nepriklausomybės inžinieriai” (“Engineers of Independence”), portraying KN Energies team members - from office staff to pipeline workers and terminal operators - as true builders of independence. Fragments of the national anthem were woven into the campaign, underlining the daily commitment to both Lithuania’s freedom and its sustainable tomorrow.
